Abstract

So here we go, going to start writing the grid today March 6, 2007. I am going to go about this by basically starting from scratch and ripping out chunks of the existing control and moving them over. This may seem like a cruel way of doing it but the only way to to get a handle on someone elses code. I think it is probably more cruel to me than anyone else but what the hell I signed on for this so I can not gripe!

I am going to create the javascript object outside of the core jfw_debug.js file as I do not want to risk touching anything in there by accident and go insane trying to find out what I did. I will prototype my object in the javeline core thereby overriding the existing object.
